We are looking for Field Service Employees (m/f/d)
- You look after the customers in the region assigned to you
- Application of the different sales methodologies, needs analysis and solution design
- You create solution concepts/products for the respective customer requirement in cooperation with your colleagues.
- Together with the management, you define your turnover and margin targets in the region you are responsible for
- You document your customer visits and results to ensure appropriate planning for the financial year
- Continuous training in products and their developments (close coordination with colleagues from the laboratory/development)
- You participate in the regular sales events (meeting, kick-off, conferences, trade fairs, etc.) and contribute to the success of these events
- Establishment and further development of market trends, as well as technological development and observation of the market relevant to you, including your market competitors (competition)
- If possible, technically-oriented completed vocational training with a strong affinity for commercial processes
- Confident, articulate and serious demeanour, strong in sales with a consultative approach
- Strategic thinking and a feel for the market
- Negotiation and deal-making skills at all levels of decision-makers in client companies
- At least 5 years of field service experience in the field of lubricants / industry

As a specialist, you will independently look after the customers in the assigned contract area and are responsible for keeping the visit appointments. With your sound training and several years of experience in sales, you are able to master these tasks and requirements with pleasure.
